After a very extended debate Colorado has finally managed to pass a couple of new gun control laws which are now awaiting the signature of Democrat Governor John Hickenlooper. These new gun control laws are expanding background checks, requiring that gun owners pay money for a background check when transferring firearms and to impose a 15 round limit on the capacity of magazines.
However, before the Governor has even gotten to the bill, Fox News has reported that local Colorado sheriffs are announcing that they WILL NOT enforce these new laws if they are put into place.
